This toy can be used in a multitude of ways, but as a vibrating bullet it is used to provide directed vibrations to the part of the body it is in contact with. The egg can also be inserted; however, due to the nature of the egg being plastic, it can not be sterilized... so it is not recommended that you share the toy if you are going to insert it or use it anally.

I feel like this toy is best used for foreplay or solo play when you want a vibrator. I could run the egg along my partner's body, teasing her as a prelude to sex or further stimulation with other toys.

The whole toy is made of plastic... the egg has a fake chrome finish on the plastic. The toy's controller is also plastic and has a matte finish that makes it feel nice in your hand. I didn't see any issues with it, but there is a seam on the egg where the two pieces of plastic stuck around the vibrator inside together. If you are overly sensitive, this seam might be noticeable as you move the side of the toy over your body. As typically these toys are used in the dragging over the body fashion, this may not be an issue. But it might be if you decide to insert the toy. It's not overly noticeable, but worth mentioning regardless... we didn't have any issues with it ourselves.

As the toy is plastic, it is not capable of being sterilized so take this into account before you share or insert the toy.

So I really like the controller for this toy. I like the fact that it looks like a small computer mouse, so unless you leave the egg attached and laying with it, it is pretty discrete. The egg part is like any other vibrating eggs, for the most part, so isn't discrete as anyone who is familiar with such toys will recognize it.

The biggest complaint I have with this toy is that it really only has two settings, which are "on" and "off." The toy claims multi-speed vibrations, but the frequency of the vibrations doesn't change, and the nuances between low and high power aren't overly noticeable. The vibrations also were very buzzy.

We might be spoiled as we have some really nice vibrators and comparable products, that have more power, more variety, and are rechargeable (this toy takes 2 AAA batteries).

The toy is plastic, so if you wish to use lube with the toy any lube should work; however, I would recommend water-based if only due to the fact it would be easier to clean off the toy. The toy is porous so take this into account, as means it's never actually sterile. Please make sure to wash it under hot water before and after every use, and would not recommend sharing the toy.

The toy seems reasonably durable and should not interact with other materials, so this makes it pretty easy to store the toy.

The toy comes in a cardboard box that is not discreet. Also, the box is bigger than it needs to be for the toy, which makes the plastic inside less suitable for holding the toy when not in use. I say this as there is a lot of void space, which means less space for other toys or makes it harder to fit into a potentially already full toy drawer. I would recommend a sandwich bag and a rubberband for the cord to keep it stored/isolated instead.
