This arrived inside a plastic bag with the instructions, and the interchangeable heads were in their own plastic bag inside the main bag.
The toy is made of hard plastic. I've had a similar toy made from the same material before (that clear purple plastic), and that toy broke into sharp pieces. I was worried this toy might do the same after a few uses -- I've only used this toy once, though, so I can't comment on that yet.
Each of the interchangeable heads is similar, and not a wide variety to choose from.
It requires 1 AA battery. You have to rotate the bottom of the toy from ON to OFF then to OPEN. Then you have to kind of yank it off (I tried to do this very gently, but it wasn't budging). The battery is NOT included, and once it is inside, you have to push the compartment back on, then rotate the entire bottom piece back to OFF, then to ON. You can see this in the pictures.

I used this in a solo session in my room.
This toy only has one power level and it's pretty intense. It might be too intense for some people, although it was okay for me. I was disappointed in there only being one choice as I like to change up the vibration levels.
I tried out each of the attachments, all three of the "nubby" type ones felt kind of the same to me, but your mileage may vary.
This was definitely enough vibration that I could have used it to finish off, but I chose to try out a different new toy because I got bored of the vibration level and having to use my hand (the other new toy was hands-free).
This toy is loud enough that anyone in the room with you will hear it. If you use it in the bathroom without running any water, people outside the room will likely hear it. It was louder than my phone's vibration.

Each of the toy's functions works correctly. You can easily snap on each of the attachments and easily pull them off. You can turn it to ON and OFF pretty easily as well. The vibration worked very well. The texture was fine for me, although I'm not a big fan of hard plastic. The "nubs" on some of the attachments added something new to my experience, although nothing too exciting.
I liked that this was small and travel size. I think this would be easy to travel with compared to other toys.

The vibrations were strong, but as I said before, there were no options/levels to the intensity. It's either ON, or it's OFF. All of the vibrations are in the head.

I didn't finish with this toy, although I could have. I think next time I use it, I will use it with another toy that is inside me so I can achieve orgasm more easily without being bored by the vibration level.
