Soft and Pretty, Not too Strong

For me the Surfer Pipeline gets a pretty good score on looks, but not on power. The settings just don't get high enough for that oomph that drives the vibrations home. So while it might be good for a warm up, it probably won't deliver a climax unless you're new to clitoral vibes, or you have a really sensitive clitoris. Might make a great first toy for those who are new and just beginning their collections.

Pros
It's cute and the material is soft, flexible and smooth.
Cons
Not very powerful, and the batteries don't seem to last long at all.

I don't feel like there's very much to say about the Power Surfer Pipeline. It's small, cute, and basic, without all that much going on.

I'm not quite sure where it gets it's name from, but it sure sounds odd and attractive.
Looks wise, it's a fairly nice pink color, and made of an interesting material (TPR) that feels pretty flesh-like, which is cool. Cleaning with soap and water or a toy cleaner is simple thanks to the smooth texture.
It takes 4 watch batteries, which are included, along with spares.

Now, on to whats important. The Pipeline has a small, easy-to-use button on the bottom that clicks through it's three settings.
The vibrations themselves aren't very strong at all. I almost always feel a vibrator could use just one speed higher, but with this one it could probably use another two or three. The highest speed on the Pipeline seems like a medium speed on any other vibrator.
And while the material feels cool, the very tip doesn't have a part of the motor (or whatever's inside) and the vibrations aren't quite strong enough to push all the way through the material, so it doesn't quite give those pinpoint sensations that it looks like it should, but that's not so much the problem.

No, I don't think it's strong enough at all. I like my clitoral vibes with an oomph, and this doesn't deliver at all. It'd probably be good for someone new or who has an extremely sensitive clit.

Another fault seems to lie in the battery compartment. I'm not sure what's wrong with it exactly, but one hard jostle in the wrong direction, and it pretty much stopped working. I had to hold down the button down to keep it running. Then it just stopped running all together. It stopped messing up when I changed the batteries, but if that happens every time I accidentally drop the thing, and to brand new batteries, then I'd say it's a problem. I've also noticed that the batteries don't last long at all. I put new ones in when I started this review, and in the course of turning it on and off to refresh my memories, I can already feel the vibrations going up and down.

Overall I like the look and feel of the Surfer Pipeline, but not so much what it does. It's cute and the texture's cool, but it doesn't deliver on the vibrations. Probably great for beginnings.

Ah, you're right, if it had more power and the power was concentrated in the tip, it'd be really nice. Too bad.

too bad about it using watch batteries- and i was just getting to think that AAA's are annoying. the shape is really cute though.

I don't mind AAAs at all, but I have an awful time trying to find watch and N batteries in a college town, so I pretty much refuse to buy vibrators that use them! Great review. =)

I love how much batteries affect toy purchases - but they can definitely be a deal-breaker on my end!

    nice review!
