This vibrator is best for wearing during intercourse. It can be used in any position to stimulate you or your partner's clitoris. This toy would work best for couples, or for a women that likes hands free masturbation although I am sure there are better options out there for that other than this toy. It could be used regularly to enhance intercourse, or occasionally for special nights. It is fairly loud. It can definitely be heard through a closed door. I would recommend this for couples that do not share a living space. The placement of the vibrator on the straps make this work the best in missionary or cowgirl. You need a little pressure from your partner's body to get the butterfly to stay where you need it to. I kept having to push it farther down to make it close to my clitoris. Once you get into the position and maneuver it to how you need it, it works very nicely. The main page says that the toy is waterproof, but the box the vibrator came in says not to immerse it in water. Shower play may be alright, but the tub might not be a good idea. The straps can be removed from the butterfly to be used without strapping it to yourself.

The butterfly is made of silicone and has nubs on the front for more texture. There is a slight smell to the butterfly, but nothing off-putting. The straps are made of elastic and have bra like extenders to adjust the length. I think this vibrator could be a great beginners strap-on vibrator because it is fairly universal.

The straps are about 20 inches each when extended all the way without stretching it. When the extenders are closed, the straps are about 11 inches long. All three straps on the butterfly are the same length, the waist strap is not longer than the others which I found odd.

I am around a size 18 in pants, with wide hips and a large butt. Each of the straps stretched to accommodate me, but were not necessarily the most comfortable thing I’ve ever worn. We tried stretching the straps when they were extended all the way to see how far it would stretch without feeling like it would break and we got to about 45 inches. The box says that the waist strap stretches up to 50. My hips are a 52 and it fit like I said, but made horrible lines like small panties would. I think this would be great for travel because all the straps can be removed and rolled up, the controller can be unplugged and the cord can be wrapped around the butterfly for easy storage or hiding.
I wish the straps were a bit bigger because being a plus size girl, having straps dig in and cause muffin top in the bedroom isn't a confidence booster but I was glad it fit.

The butterfly is the part that vibrates. There are 10 different settings. The first three are constant vibrations: the first is the stronger, the second is medium, and the third is low. The fourth setting is four short vibrations each getting stronger than the last (gradient bursts). The fifth setting is intermittent pulses. The sixth is longer pulses (surge). The seventh is quick pulses without much of a pause in between (inta-surge). The eighth is another pulsating setting but a little less strong than the last few (even step). The ninth is more like a phone ringing on the vibrate setting (roller coaster spurt). The tenth setting is light quick pulses that work best for winding up or winding down (pulsate). I like using the fun settings while we use it for foreplay, but the constant settings during intercourse. The controller can be used from a distance because of the long cord I mentioned earlier. The on/off button is on the top of the controller and lights up when turned on. The light mimics the setting you are currently on. The button on the underside of the controller is the one that channels through the settings (it is similar to a button on the back of video game controllers!) The best part about this is that if you forget which button to press and accidentally turn it off, when you turn it back on it automatically resumes the setting you were last on. There is a microchip that California Exotic used that stores memory of the settings. It even remembers it overnight. The vibrations are fairly strong. I think it would be great for beginners to intermediate level toy users, but might not be strong enough for those women who need a lot of oomph. As I mentioned before, the toy is fairly loud. We used it under a down comforter and it could still be heard through a closed door.

The straps can be removed to be cleaned if you get lube on them which I liked. The bullet itself can be cleaned using water and a mild soap. We like to use EF toy wipes for all of our toys because I worry about getting things too wet and ruining them. We store it by taking off all the straps and placing the components in a toy sack. The box recommends using water based lubes with the toy to ensure it lasts long.

The toy came in a box with a picture of the product on the front and a bit of information about the toy on each side. The information on the sides and back are more marketing than informative.

I thought this strap on vibrator was nice. It definitely got the job done once we figured out how it worked best for me. I would recommend it to anyone that is a size 18 or smaller in pants, I think anyone with wider hips or larger thighs would be very uncomfortable and disappointed. For anyone who wants something like this, I would recommend being patient and understanding that not everyone is built the same, but you just have to figure out how to make it work for you! When we first tried it I felt pretty silly being strapped in but once we got going I appreciated being able to climax with my fiance. When we used it in the missionary position, it hurt a little because of the pressure from my fiance pushing the butterfly into me, but once I got more turned on it added to my pleasure.
