Teaser, more like pleaser

Absolutely worth the money. I would recommend this to someone new to the sex toy world, or even to a connoisseur. It certainly does more than tease, and would be a great addition to any collection.

Don't be fooled by the title. This toy does more than tease. I'm a tough sell and it brought me to a glorious orgasm quicker than even more industrial corded vibes usually do. My last vibrator disappointed a little and could be more aptly titled a tease, but the Impulse 2 has been only rewarding since its arrival.

I was concerned that two AAAs wouldn't provide the kick I needed, but this vibrator offered a shockingly quiet strength and the smartest settings I've encountered. The Impulse 2 has seven settings: Vibration #1, Vibration #2, Vibration #3, Roller Coaster, Fast pulsation, Stair Stepper, and Vibration #4. I found that this was perfect for inching toward climax with the first three vibrations settings (which obviously increase in intensity,) using the three pulsating settings as teasers when on the brink, then pushing it over the edge with the final and strongest vibration setting.

The vibrations increase only slightly with each level and are never too terribly intense. Each of these levels is attained by pushing a single glow-in-the-dark button on the vibrator's base. Yes, glow-in-the-dark. The silver bottom half and translucent red upper half seems like an arbitrary combination, but it allows you to see the motor, which I appreciate. The tip is also designed strangely and although attractive, serves little purpose when in contact with the female body. The tip is bumpy and concave, perhaps for the clitoris, but was awkward to position. I eventually quit trying to utilize it and just used the shaft for a larger surface area of vibration.

The only negative thing about this toy is that the plastic used on the tip has a seam that runs directly down the middle and can be a little sharp at times. Since they are intended for use in such a sensitive areas, vibrators really should avoid having sharp plastic anywhere on their chassis.

I used this toy alone and with my partner and each was equally successful. I recommend playing with it alone, as with any toy, before using it with someone else.
Follow-up commentary
Oh no! After all my praise this thing broke after just three weeks of use! It's less broken and more flaky, in reality. It only works when it feels like it... which does NOT work for me. I'll turn it on and start using it and in 30 seconds it just stops working entirely. This is never acceptable for a vibrator. So disappointed.
