The triple teaser is a silly-looking little thing that you will keep coming back to. Great for anyone from beginners to seasoned toy-junkies, this vibe packs a punch without being too bulky. It features a textured tip and dual arms to stimulate your clit and anus, and with a minute spent positioning them correctly, it works like a charm.

There is no taste or smell out of the package, and it feels sort of like one of those super bouncy balls you get out of a 25 cent gumball machine, both in material texture and give. It has a natural springiness up to the top half inch of the toy where the vibe unit stops, and this area is very flexible and pliable.

The top 1 3/4" is textured with flat, round nubs that extend only about 2mm. They are very comfortable and provide an extra dimension of stimulation. The toy undulates, getting larger and smaller in waves up to the teasers. These "cactus arms" have smaller nubs on the inside that stimulate the clit and anus. They are also flexible so you can easily position them to cater to your exact anatomy.

I thought it looked rather silly at first, but it has turned out to be quite effective. It also seemed rather small when I first got it out of the package, but don't let this deter you; while this toy is perhaps smaller than what some of the more advanced users are used to, it more than makes up for it in function.

Two AAA batteries are inserted into the twist-to-lock base that has an o-ring to seal out moisture (if you're familiar with the lid of a food processor, that's how this thing closes), and the vibration shaft goes nearly the full length of the toy.

The toy expands and contracts three times in waves; at it's skinniest it's 3" in circumference; at it's widest, 3 3/4".

In a nutshell, it's manageable by virtually anyone, and since it's so small it's pretty easy to hide. It definitely looks like a vibrator, though. A pink, sparkly one at that.

There are three settings for vibration that are controlled with a push button on the base. It was a little hard to press at first, but it eased up as I used it. An interesting feature is that if you only slightly press the button, you can pulsate the vibrations easily to whatever pattern you like.

The vibrations range from about twice the strength of a typical cell phone vibration at the lowest setting to surprisingly strong. On the medium setting you can see the vibrations cause the tip to be a blur; at the highest setting it's vibrating so fast that it looks stationary again. At this setting it may be too much for a beginner, as the vibrations resonate incredibly well throughout the whole toy (unless, of course, said person would like to come within minutes).

The triple teaser performed wonderfully in the shower with no leakage whatsoever. It's been submerged a couple of times, as well, and has laughed defiantly in the face of danger.

As far as noise goes, it's quieter than most of my other vibrators, and even without any background noise I can't hear it through our bedroom door.

The triple teaser is made out of TPR and as such is phthalate free and relatively safe. I would recommend using a condom if you intend to share this toy, as it's mildly porous. Silicone and water-based lubes are fine; do not use an oil-based lubricant with it.

It's a bit of a lint magnet, so I would recommend keeping it in its own lint-free bag or in the original packaging. To wash, use a mild soap or toy cleaner and warm water.

The toy is packaged in a plastic blister pack with a cardboard insert. There is a small page tucked in showing you how to insert the batteries, but it's generic to California Exotic and therefore contains information for all of their products. In addition, the cardboard insert tells you everything you need to know about the function of this vibrator: 3 speed button, waterproof, "Perfect for beginner, intermediate, and advanced users," etc. You could easily store the toy in the package to keep it from getting too linty.
