The Silky Sigh is adorable (for a vibrator) and I was initially won over by the bright pink color and the heart shaped controller. With two buttons - the on/off and the settings - it's simple to use.
This pretty vibe is made of smooth, hard plastic that is phthalates and latex-free. It is also non-porous. To clean it, you may simply use soap and water - I would not recommend boiling this vibe even if it is waterproof. If you plan on sharing it, I would use a condom. The vibe has three parts to the body of it and it may not be possible to clean the cracks between parts. Better to be safe rather than sorry. It also requires 2 AAA batteries, which are not supplied.
In my hand, I tested out the various vibration settings - 10 in all! The hard plastic didn't seem so bad when I was holding it, but on my clit - I wasn't really thrilled about it. I, initially, started using the vibe on dry land and it was loud - to the point of being distracting, even. What became apparent, quickly, was the fact that the tip of the vibrator did not really transmit the vibrations. I had to resort to pressing the vibe lengthwise against my cunt in order to even feel the difference in the settings. I did like the variety of settings, though - from a low steady buzz to a gradually increasing pulse to a strong constant buzz and a few more options in between.
Using the vibe alone, I had a small orgasm, nothing to write home about. In combination with my favorite glass dildo, the results were much better.
