This is a great toy for couples! It has two vibrating heads, with enough cord between each head and the control panel that H & W can each use one, or both can be used on different spots on either person's body. The controls include 5 different speeds, low buzz, high buzz, and three pulsing or alternating buzzes. Low and high are usually sufficient for my spouse to reach her peak. The pulsing patterns are not our favorites, but we have tried them for fun. (It's all for fun, right?)

Hard plastic, so that may be good for some and less for others. It is easy to clean the two heads and we have not had any problems with cracks, scratches, etc. Ours has held up for several years, although we don't use it constantly. We have changed the batteries several times, and it seems to be going strong!

As noted, there are two vibrating bullets/heads. They both have the same vibration pattern (in other words, can't have one on low buzz and the other on pulses or one of the patterns). The cords are long enough that we haven't ever had a problem using the two heads independently. Each partner can use one (on him or herself or the other person), or both can be used at the same time on one partner. That's how we usually use this.

The controls are very easy to use. Five-speeds: low buzz, high buzz, and three patterns ZZZZZzzzzzZZZZZzzzzz; zzzzz zzzzz ZZZZZZZZZZ zzzzz zzzzz ZZZZZZZZZZ; and one other (can't remember because we don't usually use the patterns). The control has up and down arrows, and both cycle through all 5 speeds and back to off. One suggestion; remove or reverse one of the batteries when not in use. The controls are pretty sensitive, and we've bumped our bag of toys on a couple of occasions and heard this toy turn on, making us scramble to find the controller. Batteries can be stored out of the toy, but we usually just reverse one to avoid having to find batteries when the mood strikes.

Hard plastic, so simple to clean. Wash with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly before putting away. It's not waterproof, so be careful that you don't get a lot of water into the vibrating heads where the cord enters the plastic. If you're careful, it shouldn't be a problem

I don't remember the packaging. Probably looked as pictured, but it's been a few years since we bought this. We don't store it in the package.

One practice pointer: Even though this is easy to clean, my spouse is a bit of a germophobe. We wanted to distinguish one of the heads from the other for backdoor play. We simply tied a knot in the cord just below the vibrating head. That way we know which is which. Again, not necessary, but it helped us, so we're passing along the tip.

My spouse really enjoys this one. Probably our favorite and most used toy. The low vibe is usually enough to get her all the way to climax, but bumping it up to high speed gives it a little kick that she really enjoys. She has used it on me a few times, but it's mainly for her as a clitoral and backdoor stimulator. (It can be used internally, but we don't do that as much as externally.)
