My favorite feature of this toy is the intense thrusting. Since I had never owned a toy that did this before, I was understandably skeptical. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the strong vibrations and thrusting motions. I found that it works best while lying on my back. If I moved too suddenly, some internal pinching could occur, but nothing painful. So far, I've used it in bed with a pillow keeping it propped up. This position freed my hands for nipple stimulation and sent me over the moon.

This toy is made out of silicone and easy to clean. I suggest a toy specified cleaning solution and avoiding any fabric that may shed hairs onto the toy. I typically didn't need lube for this toy, however, if you need to, avoid a silicone-based one because it can be harmful to the toy.
