Good news here - the Smile Treat is ready to tickle your fancy!

While the toy is not long enough to be completely inserted, the top few inches can be inserted vaginally. Of course, it functions beautifully as a clitoral vibrator, and can be used to tease your nipples or just about any other part of you or your partner!

The Smile Treat is made from a matte, velvety-soft silicone. Compared with squeaky or shiny silicone, matte silicone has very little drag. Although all silicone (in my experience) attracts lint, this kind of silicone is much less likely to be covered in pet fur or dust than the sticky lint-magnets of shiny silicone. This toy definitely has a smell straight out of the packaging. It's an extremely light chemical smell. It cannot be smelled from 6 inches away, but I can smell it's when put directly under my nose. After washing with soap and water, the smell has faded considerably, but is definitely still present. It does not have a taste.

The tip of the toy is squishy. It's not as squishy as jelly, but much squishier than an ultra-firm silicone. It's a bit like the outside of a VixSkin. This squishiness becomes firm at the second "bubble" or bulge in the toy. I assume there is a hard plastic underneath that starts at the second bubble. The battery cap is also made of hard plastic, with no lip to prevent your body from "swallowing" the toy.

There is a gentle texture towards the base of the toy. These are slight vertical ridges that wrap around the base. You may not feel these ridges, even if you are texture-sensitive.

There is a seam. It is minimal and not very scratchy or uncomfortable. It is comparable to the barely-there seam on my We-Vibe Touch.

The toy features a bubble or bulbed design. The tip of the toy is very slightly curved. It is not enough of a curve to provide G-spot stimulation for me.





The toy is about an inch in diameter. This size works wonderfully as a clitoral vibrator. It would also work for people who like to only insert an inch or two of a toy into their vagina. Since this toy has no wide base and nothing to hold for a good grip, it is not safe for anal play. If you prefer your toys insertable and "queen sized," look elsewhere - an inch is not filling enough for advanced users. If you like it small, this will be perfect for you! It's a comparable size with the Gold-laced G, but feels smaller because silicone is squishier than glass.

Unfortunately, this design only comes in a pink color.

Although the design is pretty obviously a sex toy, the size and quietness of its performance make it discreet. It would be wonderful for travel, whether down the block or around the world.

This toy features seven separate vibration styles.

Three are solid vibrations - extremely mild, medium-mild, and medium-intensity. (This toy is not for you power queens out there.)

There are also four patterns to choose from:

Although it isn't the rumbliest, it isn't the buzziest either, and the vibrations are deeper than I'd imagine from the price point and size. Advanced users still may find the vibrations too weak and buzzy. For a vibe that takes just one double-A battery, though, I am impressed by the rumbliness.

All vibrations are controlled by one push button on the plastic battery cover. It must be held down for a second or two in order to turn the toy off; pressing it briefly will cycle it through all vibrations without ever stopping.

It is not waterproof.

Silicone is very easy to care for, store, and clean.

Simply wash with soap and water, or use a toy cleaning spray or wipe! Just be careful when washing it. As the toy is not waterproof, water may leak into the battery compartment and cause battery corrosion. Just be careful not to submerge it. I washed it several times and found no leakage as long as I did not submerge it or run water directly onto the battery cap.

The instructions warn not to use an oil-based lube, and a silicone-based lube is always a bad idea with silicone toys. Invest in a water-based lube - you won't be sorry!

Always be careful when storing silicone - be sure it is not stored in contact with other silicone toys, or it could produce a chemical reaction that may ruin your beautiful Treat. Store it anywhere clean, cool, and dry. The clamshell it comes with is not elegant, but will do the trick. You can also make your own toy pouch, or invest in a matching pink padded pouch!

The packaging has a strange feature: a magnet holds an extra flap on the box, concealing a topless blonde woman inside. The outside of the packaging is not exactly discreet or elegant, but does not have any nudity. The color scheme is pink and lime. The front of the box shows a blonde woman's face, and reads Smile mini-vibe TREAT.





The back of the box reads, in German and English, "Silicone vibrator with structured stimulation shaft for ecstatic feelings of pleasure!"





The side reads, in eight different languages, "The ladies' favourite is perfect away from home! Small vibrator in a gently angled shape with structured stimulation shaft. Seven vibration levels can be individually and conveniently controlled at the push of a button. Pink. 12.5 cm total length, -0- 2.4-2.9cm. Material: Silicone."

The toy itself comes in a plastic clamshell inside the box.







The toy does come with an instruction sheet. It is skinny and folds out to be about three feet long. Whether you prefer your instructions in German, Dutch, English, Spanish, French, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, or Russian, you will be pleased to discover you will understand the instructions clearly. The instructions are pretty basic and congratulate you on your new "vibro sex toy. A good choice!"

My first vibrator was a jelly vibe. The thing was huge, toxic, and smelled like a Louisiana paint factory in August. It took FOUR double-A batteries, and ate through them with almost every use. I paid about the same amount for that vibrator that this one currently goes for.

If you only have jelly vibes, or have never experienced silicone before, this is a perfect first foray into creamy-soft silicone. Whether you're sensitive to textures, smells, or simply don't want to insert toxic jelly rubber into your body, silicone will amaze you.

I have been spoiled by luxury vibrators, so this isn't my favorite toy. However, if you're in the market for something totally affordable that gets the job done, this Treat will make you Smile!
