The waterproof claim of this toy seems to be very true. It worked well under running water and fully submerged under water. No water got into the battery area whatsoever.

The ribbing does make this a tad bit harder to clean, but it's by no means impossible or difficult. I would just suggest using a sponge or old toothbrush to make sure you clean between the bands well. Use warm water and antibacterial hand soap or toy clean. Rinse well and then lay flat on a paper towel to air-dry.

Only use water-based lubes with this toy, silicone and silicone don't mesh well at all. Also, please do not let it directly touch other toys as this could also lead to disintegration down the road.

The packaging is not discreet at all. There is a clear view of the toy as well as a way to feel the toy through the package. You could use this box to store the toy, however.
