The Pure Vibe by Seven Creations, a division of NassToys of New York, tops my list of items I’d kill to have with me if I was ever stranded on a deserted island. Though it looks fairly simple, there’s all sorts of magic wrapped up inside this clever combination of a dildo and a vibrator. The pink, soft, flexible shaft feels similar to what I can only describe as firm sharkskin. The manufacturer refers to the finish as “new pure silicone”. Soft, firm, rubbery and smooth; like one of those goofy pencil erasers that never works. [Editor's note: this toy is made of TPR silicone, which is a composite material and is porous.]

This vibe can be vigorously shaken; something about a wobbly toy just makes me want to wave it around! Since this toy does not have a solid “traditional vibrator” base it’s incredibly flexible and there’s a bullet style motor concealed in the tip used to produce what I now refer to as mack-nasty vibes! Oh, and it even smells pleasant, nothing harsh, no real detectable smell at all.

How do I love thee? Let me count the ways...

1. Clitoral Stimulation. The vibrator is phallic-shaped, (basically a big penis) whose tip and shaft is smooth and veined. Since the material is firm and flexible it produces a deep, absorbed fingering sensation when used for external stimulation.

2. G-spot–Check! The tip of the vibe conceals the vibrating bullet that, coupled with the thicker ridge along the penis head, serves as the perfect weapon for placing your G-spot into overdrive.

The vibrations on this toy are easily adjusted using a standard twist dial at the base of the unit. The intensity ranges from gentle to a strong pulsing sensation. Though the vibrations aren’t what I would refer to as powerful or even workhorse worthy, something about the bullet placement coupled with the absorption of the vibrations throughout the shaft makes for a deep throbbing sensation. It almost feels like the vibe pulses versus vibrates. The noise level is super friendly, again, with the vibe inserted you can barely hear the noise of the mechanism inside.

I’ve used this vibe on several occasions and I’ve experienced at least two orgasms every time. The unique feel and capability of this vibe to move with your body and provide multiple sensations at one time never fails to leave me satisfied. The fact that there’s no explosive mess to have to wash out before relaxing is even more of a plus.

The vibe is waterproof, and it works well in the shower with the same “perk me up” performance. I’ve never had to use lube as this vibe gets me going well enough every time.
