Whoa, Nick!

This is a great beginner vibrator, as it's not an intimidating size, shape, or color, and introduces the user to various vibration speeds and patterns, great if you aren't yet sure what you like. It makes a good addition to the experienced user's collection as well, adding a bit more variety to your options.

This is a great external vibrator, and can be used for pinpoint stimulation anywhere on the body. Those who are new to toys or prefer smaller ones will also enjoy this for insertion, though most users will find the length lacking when it comes to insertion. The size does make it great to travel with, as it will easily tuck into you pocket, purse, or suitcase. Being waterproof, it can join you in the shower, pool, or anywhere else you like getting it on in the water.

Material / Texture

The PU coated plastic of this vibrator is a great basic material. It's smooth and velvety, and feels great against the body. Beginners will appreciate the basic texture, though it's not so basic as to bore the more advanced user. There is no smell to this toy, and I did not taste it. Being plastic, there's no worry about lubricant compatibility.

Design / Shape / Size

The design is rather straightforward, which is nice. While the size makes it a poor option for internal use, it's great externally, and the small size makes it easy to hide. Both beginners and advanced users will appreciate the way that it fits nicely in the hand. It's easily traveled with, as it can be tucked into a pocket or purse without detection.

Functions / Performance / Controls

My problem with many multiple-function toys (especially from Cal Exotics) is that they often start with the strongest vibration, then move down to the less strong vibrations, which makes no sense to me, as I like to start gentler, then work my way up, and cycling through all the patterns isn't my idea of a fun time. This vibe starts with the gentle vibration, then medium, then strong, then all the patterns. I'm not fond of vibration patterns - a steady, consistent vibration is the best for me - but it does have pulsating and escalating patterns that can be fun for foreplay or starting up.

Care and Maintenance

This toy is very easy to care for. Simply wash after using, with toy cleaner or soap and water, and store wherever you store your toys. The hard material won't react with other materials, so no extra precautions are necessary. Either water or silicone based lube can be used, so lube up with your favorite and have fun!

Follow-up commentary
Unfortunately, the contacts inside the cap came loose somehow and started tearing the bottoms of batteries apart. Even with fresh batteries added, it won't turn on anymore. I'm puzzled, since I treat all my toys with care and am rather gentle with them.
