How do I send my sex toys for recycling?
1. Get your Recycling voucher
2. Get a recycling email with a step-by-step guide and the packaging slip.
3. Take out all removable batteries.
4. Clean your toys.
5. Make sure all items are acceptable (see the Do-Not-Send list).
6. Pack it in a sturdy box or a non-clear plastic bag sealed with packing tape.
7. Fill out the form you received in your email, and put the form inside the box along with the packaging slip.
8. Ship your toys to us.

What products can I send in for recycling?
  • Vibrators. All of them. Just remove batteries if your vibe is battery-powered and don’t send in the chargers
  • Any rechargeable items, and that includes male sex toys and anal toys
  • Dildos (any material: silicone, rubber, wood, ceramic, metal, glass)

Yes, we accept sex toys from any manufacturer for recycling; they don’t need to be under the EdenFantasys brand or even bought on EdenFantasys.

Do I have to pay for shipping?
The shipping fee for recycling is NOT included. It is covered by you, the customer.
