Share the pleasure, don't mind if I do
The Share is an amazing toy, not too big or too small. Fun for both sides and the best strap on dildo I've come across yet!Published: February 8, 2011
Pros:
Fun for both sides, smooth with just enough give. Baby bear sized, it's juust right!
Cons:
Not really strapless unless you've got incredible muscle control or don't plan on moving.
The Share is a 100% silicone toy designed to be used with or with out a harness for strap on play. It can be held in place with out a harness but unless you have pelvic muscles of steel, a harness gives much needed stability. The share is a softer silicone than the Feeldo (its competition) and I found it to be MUCH more comfortable inside. The bulb is rather large but since it's not super hard I found it gave a nice full feeling without any discomfort. The business end is not terribly intimidating but still probably more than a beginning anal player can handle, however just a little bit of warm up and patience and it should be fine. Its a good size for vaginal penetration as well, not super large but curved to hit her G spot. It does not take a vibrating bullet like its competition, however it has a ridge that rubs nicely on the clit, and the curve of the inside bulb hit my G spot just right.
It's silicone, so silicone lube is out, so oil based (without condom) or water based (with condom) is the way to go. Cleaning is a breeze, a little soap and water and if you want it sterile you can boil it or throw it in your dishwasher. It tends to pick up lint and when stored with some of the unknown jelly toys it will pick up color (and who knows what else) from the jelly too so keep your Share safe in a ziplock bag, or perhaps a makeup bag if you want to be discrete. I've had mine over a year and it sees a lot of vigorous use and has shown absolutely no signs of wear. I also am not the best about bringing the toy bag in the house so it sits in my trunk and faces extreme temps and doesn't seem phased.
While it is softer than some others, it is not limp and can give a solid, move the furniture pounding. It's not limited to use by just a woman either, want some DP from your man? Have him put the bulb in his ass (this will take some warm up and practice) and he can double penetrate you all on his own. Its a bit to large to wear out as a packing dildo but very pleasurable to walk around the house or a play party letting each jostle move the inner bulb. For some fun gender play you can even stroke (or have your partner stroke) the outside end giving you a thrill on the inside.

Experience
I have used this share in almost every conceivable way. I wear it to peg my boy, and to fuck my girl as well. I've had it used on me by my girl, and stroked myself off with it in. I am able to get off easily with either end and the lack of a vibrator is no problem we just pick up the speed of things. I always use oil based lube and sterilize between my partners. Its usually not the first toy I pull out but almost always what I end the night with.
Follow-up commentary

This is still one of my favorite toys, and it has held up fantastically to plenty of use and often less than ideal storage. This was worth every penny and then some. If I ever do wear it out I'll be buying a new one right away.

can you get off while using this?
-
I would really love to be using this with my partner, at got off at the same time..
-
without too much effort on my part?
-
It really depends on your anatomy and what gets you off.
If it can hit your g-spot, that'll do something, but it varies person-to-person how much. It might hit your clitoris, but again depends on how the toy fits your body - and if you can get off from that kind of stimulation.
Personally, I don't rely on it to get me "all the way" all by itself - because I can't orgasm so far with just g-spot and clitoral touching. Some people certainly can, it just depends. :)

Strapless dildos

Are strapless dildos hard to use for beginners?
-
I've never tried one myself, but I've heard they have a bit of a learning curve and you need strong kegels to use them properly. I've also heard, however, that they will work with a harness if you need extra stability.

It really seems like they're hard to use period. I don't know of anyone who regularly uses them without a harness (though I'd love to hear from someone who does).

Share vs. Feeldoe
-
forkehHow do these two products compare? Which one works better in and out of a harness?
Thank you. -
Quote: How do these two products compare? Which one works better in and out of a harness? They both work well in a harness. Share is a little bouncier and thicker and jucier and Feeldoe is much firmer. I find them both easy to use with no harness, although I find Nexus JR the easiest to retain. Out of all the double dildoes I have tried (all 4 Feeldoes, both Shares, Tango, and the three Nexus sizes, I find Tango the hardest to hold with my muscles followed by Nexus Maximus (weighs a ton) and Share XL (weighs like a brick and is floppy) . I'm a driver. It matters a bit less if you are a pillow princess.
Thank you. -
I have the Feeldoe(slim) and the Tango and have used the Share. I agree with Kuuipogal. But for me they all pop out just prior to orgasm despite strong Kegels but the "look" w/o a harness is awesome.
I am a hard and vigorous driver so a harness for me has been the solution. I have the Aslan Jaguar and the Spare Parts both super.

Strap-onless strap-ons
-
I love when my girlfriend ties me down and dominates me but we haven't given much thought to strap-ons. Are the strapless ones as good as the strap-ons?
-
A starp-on harness is a good initial investment because it can be used with a variety of toys including strapless ones (if desired).
The strapless ones seem to be pretty good, though depending on who you talk to. The Share line and the feeldoe line seem to get good marks from most and present the best chance that they can be used completely without a harness. The Nexus line would probably be somewhat more difficult for the giver to hold inside without a harness. I think the harness option might be better for versatility, but the Share might represent an excellent choice for you and your girlfriend as well. -

Are the strapless ones as good as the strap-ons?Personally, I would say no... just because they're harder to navigate. Certainly possible, and you can add a harness to get more stability while keeping the internal stimulation. There are also some harnesses that will hold a cock inside the wearer as well, so you have more options.
I'd agree with Jimbo that either the Share or Feeldoe is your best bet for doubles like this, the Nexus just doesn't cut it.

Thank you for viewing Share – sex toy review page!

note that the bulb is very large for an anal toy. I found it worked out more easily than the Feeldoe, but if you were careful it could be held anally.
thats true if the bulb is going in anally there will need to be plenty of warm up
Great review. I love the feel of this type of toy and how many ways you can use it.
Hope to try this one day. Thanks for the review!
