When I first wrote the review I thought that this was exactly what kegel exercisers were supposed to be, but after talking with a lot of people I have realized that the Teneo Uno is probably more lacking than I once thought it was. Sure, it provides something to clench around while doing kegels, but it doesn't provide any sort of internal stimulation like others are said to do. I would skip this and go for something like the original Smartballs or Luna Beads.

Tips for Teneo Uno

Hi everyone, I just purchased the Teneo Uno and I'm having trouble feeling any sensation from the inner ball when doing Kegels. Does anyone have any tips? Is it possible that I'm inserting it too high? I did feel the inner ball during removal.
Are the sensations with the Teneo Duo more pronounced? I was thinking of getting that too. -
I have never felt much sensation from any of the smartballs products other than when I'm moving around at a fairly fast pace.
Just squeezing them does nothing to the inner ball. In fact, it actually isn't designed to. The inner ball moves when you move, working your muscles automatically so you don't "have" to do kegels. Vaginal balls do very little if you're just sitting still.
I think, while it's good to actively do kegels around the ball(s) it's not going to be enough to get sensation from the inner ball. For that you have to move. -

Best cleaning method for Smartball Teneo Uno

Besides the regular soap/hot water method, can I clean my Uno by:
1. Quick soak in 70% Isopropyl Alcohol
2. Soak in boiling water

Interesting review. I'm really hoping that I will be able to feel this item and at least get some kind of sensation from it. I'm one of those who the Smart Balls were just too long for. They definitely didn't fit me right, but for the short period I had them in, they were very stimulating. Hopefully this can give a similar feeling without the pain of something that is a bit too long...Fingers crossed!

thanks. sometimes when i read these reviews i think that it's all up to the eyes of the beholder. some people seem to really like this product. while others say it falls short. it does seem like a nice starter item if you don't want to spend a lot and are not sure if you would like the sensation. thanks for the review
