Smartballs are a great friend to carry along on errands.

Fun Factory's Smartballs Teneo Uno is a great single ball product. It's amazing for all the different goals that can be achieved. The Teneo Uno assists with Kegal exorcising to help tone and rebuild vaginal and pelvic muscles, which is great for preventing urinary incontinence, as well as the prolapse of pelvic organs. Over time, if used properly and faithfully, they can ultimately make you feel tighter to him during intercourse, and even help women deliver babies. Also, my favorite outcome of using this product is that it enhances orgasms. In the early 60's, Dr Kegel reported that a large percentage of the women doing these exorcises experienced orgasms more frequently, and more intensely. Now, imagine if the women were using weighted balls... How can you go wrong?

The Uno is made from 100% silicone, which is a solid ten on the safety scale. It being silicone makes it repel water, dirt, and bacteria. It's also incredibly stable, so if you treat it right, you should get long time use out of it. The material is very smooth and velvety. The design of the balls is not seamless; there's a bit of texture with a few nooks and crannies that you have to be aware of during cleaning, but it's really not at all a hassle. When I opened the box, the first thing I did was smell it. It has a slight plastic-y smell, but it's a very gentle smell. I'm sure that it will be eliminated after a few washes.

I immediately loved the design of this product. It's so much more modern looking than all of by other Kegel balls I've seen. I caressed its silky little ribs for a good while, as well. Shortly after that, I tested its durability by swinging it around my finger for about a solid minute, only to stop when FuzzyCat showed interest. The retrieval cord is on there well, so there's no worry about it detaching.

The Uno is very flexible. The very first time I saw the Smartballs, I thought the cord looked like it would be firm, but it's quite soft. Considering the size and weight, I think that the Uno could be enjoyed by beginners and advanced users alike.

This is my fourth Kegel exerciser, and so far, it's my favorite. It's the largest I own, and just the one ball is 1-3 ounces heavier than any of my dual balls. I wasn't in any kind of mood to have a moist vagina when I put it in, so I grabbed a water-based lubricant, lightly dabbed the top, and slid it in. It definitely feels thicker than my other sets. I even got a more 'full' feeling from the Uno than I do with my dual ball sets. I mentioned that it's not seamless, but even so, I couldn't feel the seam at all. They are extremely quiet and no one will hear anything knocking around in your vagina when you walk by them, or jump around on a trampoline. I would not at all recommend the single ball for anal use, as there's no flare or base to keep it from getting lost. I can see it getting trapped in the anus quite easily.

Since this is pure silicone, it can be cleaned very easily. You can just put it in the dishwasher, boil it in water, or use a mild soap with some water. My preferred method of cleaning is a toy cleaner spray, followed by patting it dry. I find it the easiest and most effective because of its antibacterial qualities. One of the downsides of it being silicone is that it cannot be used with a silicone lube -- only with water-based lubes. I keep it in its own little silk bag. I suggest storing them in a bag or box, because they can collect dust and hair, especially if you have any pets.

The packaging was very appealing. Fun Factory seems to be very handy with presentation. I'd maybe call it semi-discreet. If someone had no idea what Kegel balls were, I'd doubt they'd figure it out from glancing at the box for these. It came with a little booklet about Fun Factory's other products, as well as a very simple instruction booklet in many different languages. Once the slide off cover is off, the main box becomes discreet and can even be used to store them. The main box is not very big, and it can probably be stuffed anywhere.

After I slid the Uno in for the first time to test it out, I was very pleased with the comfort level after a few minutes of getting used to it. I noticed that after a lot of movement, only about 1 inch of the cord would stick out. When it was that far in, I really couldn't feel it when squeezing my muscles.

Not everyone can do this, as I have a more pronounced/hooded labia, but I placed the retrieval cord around my clit, so it would keep that ball from going in as far as it could. That way when I flexed my muscles, I'd get a very slight pull on the cord, creating some clitoral stimulation along with the workout. I decided that the Uno would come along to go for a walk and do my errands for the day. In Fun Factory's instruction manual, it said they should not be used for more than three hours at a time. I found that odd, as I've worn other sets all day. I decided to abide by their rule, though. I was constantly being reminded to squeeze while I felt the fullness while walking around. I didn't get as much of a rumble as I had hoped for, but there was definitely some rumble. Tensing makes the Uno a little difficult to get out, due to its size. After I pulled it out, it was thoroughly saturated in my juices. So, I cleaned it, and put it away happily.

Overall, it's not much of a challenge to keep them in, but the weight does help with the flexing. So far, the Uno is the best that I own.
