Simply Devine for all my toys!
I thought I would never be able to keep all my toys together but this playchest has finally given me my dresser drawers back. Its large size and adjustable features make this the ideal storage case for anyone with a larger collection of products.Published: May 1, 2010
Pros:
Lots of interior space, adjustable interior, easy to care for.
Cons:
Lock is small for such a large product.
Devine's Playchest is the most wonderful storage box I have ever owned. I love that the outside of the one I purchased is a feminine pink color, not a shocking pink, with black accents and shiny silver hardware. The lock does seem to be a little on the small side for such a large box but it holds up well. You can really feel the reinforced edges and corners which adds to that feeling of security.
I am able to store so many items in this chest. It is versatile enough to store your sex toys and other erotic products (even movies and dvds) as well as other items if you would like. You can store everything from make-up and hair care products to stockings and lingerie. It would also make a great place for an entire costume with all its accessories, even shoes depending on your size. Yes it has that much room!
The outside of this case is made of Faux-Leather and it has some padding underneath its surface. It looks shiny and has a crocodile skin pattern to it. The texture is soft to run your fingers over but it likes to stick to itself when you first get it. There was a slight smell to this product that I can only describe as a 'new' smell. It only seems to be from the faux-leather and I stuck my head inside the case just to be sure. The inside is silky soft, maybe made from a nylon material? All the seams inside and out are fully intact, not one thread out of place. I have never seen such quality in a storage box before and I own several different types.
The material makes cleaning a snap - just use a microfiber soft cloth with warm water using mild, detergent-free soap. If you really dirty the outside or get something sticky on it you can also use an ordinary soft bristle brush. I wouldn't use the rough side of those green/yellow kitchen sponges on the outside because it may dull the surface. To clean the inside of the box I would suggest just dampening a soft cloth and gently wiping it down. Though the material didn't fray or snag when I tried different cleaning options the fabric is so silky that it would seem like a possible thing to have happen if you were too rough in your cleaning technique.

Experience
Currently, I have fit about 20 toys that range in size from large rabbits to small bullets in this chest so far.
The pockets attached to the lid are large enough to hold about three to four smaller items in each pocket. Mine are holding bullets, eggs, small vibes and even a small glass vibrator. The removable center divider currently has a pouch full of extra batteries and the loops are holding lubes and toy cleaner.
All these and I still have room to fit probably another 20 or so toys, depending on size. I know that I can currently fit handcuffs, a soft flogger, and strap-on gear inside this box right now but since the Devine chest arrived I now have an empty, smaller toy box that keeps my couple play items separate. I feel so organized!

The Playchest is Wonderful! It is well made and is holding up to a lot of abuse. I change the toys that are stored in it often and it is not wearing in any places. In the beginning everything was stiff and new and now the material is getting softer and easier to manipulate.
I am not sure why or how but one of the black handles 'bleed' color onto the pink surface. The chest is stored at a constant temp and isn't exposed to hot or cold. I have not gotten it wet and the color WILL NOT come off. I thought it could be a scratch but you can not feel it when you run yours hands over it and it does not buff out.

That's one thing I love about my Toibocks products compared to other standard locking boxes I've found - when you open them up, there aren't fumes that knock you down. Are Devine Toys products fume free? Thanks for any info! :-) -
Just out of curiosity, does anyone know what material is used in the inside of the chest? Sort of looks like cardboard or maybe plastic to me...

Will it hold a "Dick Rambone" dildo?
Not without bending it. The Rambone is 17" in total length and the length of the playchest is 15". If you had other toys under one end of the Rambone it may fit at an angle.
