Well I prefer natural ones, but as long as they don't look painfully large or obvious then I tend to sort of overlook the fact that they're fake.

I'm more of the opinion that, as long as the woman is happy with her appearance after getting implants then more power to her (assuming, of course, that she wasn't happy with her breasts before).
But some women really overdo it, and then it starts to look sort of ridiculous.

I get turned off by really unnatural fakes, ie. grapefruits on the chest. but a really well done fake...those are amazing! I wish mine would be that high and tight!

I don't really like fake boobs. They are too...well fake...
It honestly depends on how they look though. If they are outrageously huge then it is a big turn off for me.
I prefer natural boobs all together though.

For the most part I would rather see natural ones of any size than giant fake ones. I hate when you can see the creases in the implants on the larger ones.

I absolutely prefer natural breasts. If a woman feels better in her body with implants, it's not for me to judge. On on the other hand, I have a very hard time believing that most women don't do it for the benefit of others instead of themselves.

They can often look really terrible, and it's especially sad to see them on a pornstart you recognize from the past from before they had them and was beautiful the way she was, but there are exceptions which look just as fine honestly.

It is not my intention to make anyone with implants feel bad by saying this, but I do not like the way fake breasts look. In my experience, they very rarely "behave" exactly like natural breasts do, and it is often very easy to tell when someone has had work done versus when someone has not. I prefer natural. I wish there was not such a huge emphasis on breast augmentation in mainstream porn.

Depends, if they were stacked before and got smaller implants it looks good or if they get the stem cell/fat injection too, however DD with a natural A looks TERRIBLE.

I'll pass on fake boobs that are badly done or to huge it's ridiculous. I don't mind fake boobs at all, but a good surgeon and good choices lead to beautiful natural looking boobs.
