They do this in porn, but leave out the obligatory "prick washing scene." Most of the people who make movies don't want their models out of commission for a week or more due to UTIs or bacterial vaginal infections.

I'm sure (at least I hope) that the porn producers will not risk the health of their actresses though - and that they do enforce clean-up and just edit it to where the interval clean-up is not shown.

In many movies, it's intentionally not cut so that you can tell it is real. Porn stars do do that often, but they also subsist entirely on liquids for two days before a shoot, take laxatives, and use enemas before scenes. They are very clean before a scene.
