Want honesty? Any porn is unhealthy in my personal opinion.

I work with an anti-pornography group -- not affilliated with the people who run the page I just linked to, but my point is, I know and have seen way too much destruction related to porn use, so in my opinion and for my own personal life, any use of porn is unhealthy.

I, on the other hand, think porn is perfectly acceptable as long as it isn't interfering with your daily life. If you're missing work or school, canceling plans with friends to watch porn, or find you can't orgasm without porn, then it's definitely reached an unhealthy level. Like most things, it's fine in moderation.

I think it really depends on the person and the couple. My hubby and I love watching it and discovering new ideas or things for us to try--get off on certain scenes, situations and really have fun with it!! BUT---it is for our bedroom only, no other scenarios. We can watch separately or together, but that is the end of the deal.

I agree that moderation is the key. If you can't stop watching porn and it's caused you to miss something that should be important (work, family time, etc), then you have an unhealthy relationship with porn. Otherwise, your porn level is fine.

I agree with you here. Moderation is best.

I think that it is like anything else in life. If you have to do it, just make sure it does not effect your life, IE you think about it during the day or it interferes with your personal life in general. I personally only watch it maybe once a month, unless I am doing a review. And my wife and I just put it on for some background "noise".

I think it's very healthy and normal for an individual to want to watch porn; I think it's a safe way to explore sexual fantasies. I disagree with people that think all porn is negative, and would not start setting numbers on how much porn is 'too much,' to me that's like saying how much exercise is too much, how much reading, how much time spent watching British TV shows. Anything can become a problem if an individual is obsessed with doing one thing, but if my girl wants to watch 10 hours of TV, or porn, or whatever, I'm not going to worry about it. Some people need the release of watching porn (or British TV shows for that matter) and why take that from them? To me it all depends on the context of the situation so this is a kind of issue that must be dealt with on an individual basis but I know plenty of relationships that are more functional because the partners are open to watching porn rather then setting up rules and restrictions on each others habits.

Too much would be when there is interference with your social life.
