I don't have any personal experience with this one, but I essential imagine just mocking. If you need any practice for humiliation, imagine talking to someone you despise and letting a darker side of yourself out. If there were no consequences about what you would say to a person, what would nasty things would you say? If there were absolutely no consequences, what kind of mean things could you do to humiliate someone.

Seconding this. We do SPH quite a bit and when my husband first suggested it I was really unsure and it just didn't feel right. Now I just have fun with it.
