just curious which one would work better for all around play not just play but also to block out the sun and such during the mornings since i have light sensitivity issues in general

For bondage play we have both the Lelo Intima and a Spartacus fur lined leather blindfold. We both prefer the leather over the Lelo, especially when considering the price difference.
For those looking for something that is comfortable, covers well, and won't break the bank, I'd also recommend the Plushy Gear blindfold. I recently purchased it to use as a sleeping mask. It is quite nice and priced right.

I voted for the Silk because the Intima is very expensive for a blindfold. Unless you buy is as part of a matching set, I couldn't justify spending that much.

but a bolt of cloth works fine as well- I find a lot of these masks to be too much like sleeping masks

Anything that takes time and effort to put on seems hot to me.
Like ones where you have to personally tie it, like a plain silk strip. I don't like the idea of just slapping something on me, but I also don't like rough things.
Once someone took quite a bit of time to put blindfolds on me, but they were homemade and made from bandages or something. Very rough. Want something soft and time-consuming

The silk blindfold looks nice, but it would be so hard to clean. It probably wouldn't last long aster I had to scrub my eyeliner out of it week after week... I'd go with leather. Better blackout potential anyway.
