My safe word is banana. I originally started using it as a spinoff from a skit that I had watched once, back in the day!

We haven't really made an official safe word, but I've told him it's lawsuit. We mostly just go with if I'm freaking out or screaming too much, he needs to take it down a notch.

I do not generally have safe words with people. They are a false sense of security. I do have safe signals, however, and I'm generally not a jerk, so I can tell when someone's ready to stop. They merely need to say "No, I'm done," and I'll get the picture, even in some of my more extreme play.

Another thing that I've told people to do is grab my leg. It is a good safe signal because usually, I'm not being touched during a session.

Our safeword is "Paris".

Because that was where we were supposed to go on honeymoon, and six years after the wedding we still haven't managed to go on honeymoon! We plan it for our tenth anniversary now.

We usually make up a new one every week since it's usually for humor purposes. It ranges from anything from food names to wild animals. But that's just for the light stuff so we never use them. Our official safe word is "Zero"

In our community we use colors. Green- go, Yellow- hold on/switch toys, Red- stop the scene. However, at our party the other day I said pink for harder

We tend to just make signals, I'll tap him on the leg rapidly a few times and he gets it. He's pretty much game for anything and we talk and re-evaluate our limits often.

Haven't played in real life yet but I was talking to someone a while ago and he made me pick one for when we do meet. I picked "amygdala". I learned in psych class that it's the fear center so I thought it was fitting.

We have the word "Bork" picked out, but we've never actually used it and likely never will. It arose as a joke, but if we ever actually did need one, we both know to take it seriously.

We use "pineapples." However, it tends to get used in more non-sexual situations than anything. We tend to wrestle a lot when we're just messing around and if he's pinning me down and tickling me, I'll yell "pineapples" as my way of tapping out.

In sexual situations, usually just saying "ouch" or "stop" is enough. He knows me well enough to know when I'm being serious and when I'm just saying "no" or "ouch" in a joking way.

We use our safe word "peanut butter" only if needed. Normally the "don't be a jerk" does enough.

"triple ripple ice cream".... or maybe it was "triple ripple fudge ice cream."

Believe it or not I was given that safe word before getting a tattoo. It had nothing to do with sex/play, lol.
