I want to try bondage, but my pain thresh hold is very low. how would I increase my pain to where bondage could be manageable and fun?

Bondage isn't neccesarily painful. You can tie someone up or use restraints without adding pain play into it. Maybe try something sensuous like doing a massage or kissing over the body while you or your partner are restrained. Bondage does not need to be painful or scary.

I agree with Taylor, most bondage isn't really painful unless you are stuck in a certain position that tires your arms or other parts of your body out.

There are many cuffs and restraints that are comfortable, easy to use and great for people who are just getting into bondage on the site. I really like the Soft Cuffs from Sportssheets.
