So, have you always known that you have a bit of a kinky side to you? Or have you just discovered it recently in the bedroom with your lover? How did you discover this side of you?

Personally, I've always known that I'm kinky even though I didn't realize it. I found that I got those fluttery butterflies in my tummy when I watched Aladdin for the first time when I was about five years old. Seriously, seeing Jafar make Jasmine his slave completely? Yeah, that was hot.

I discovered BDSM when I was 16 and role playing a slave character online. My friend introduced me to the lifestyle and told me that people actually lived this way. I never thought it was normal or possible to express this side of me. I have been exploring ever since

I learned I was a masochist at a very early age. It was a bizarre realization for me. Because my pain tolerance sucks when it comes to things like medical problems or accidents. But for some reason, throw a little sex in the mix and I'll let you beat me bloody.

Same here. There was never a moment when I realized I was kinky, but I always knew that I didn't have the sexual boundaries that others had. There's not much I haven't wanted to experience at least once, but for the most part I never even saw this as being "kinky", just sort of free-wheeling.

Well, I always knew i would love sex. I have no idea how I knew, I just felt it, I guess. I started thinking I'd like kinkier things soon after I started having sex. The more of my fantasies I experienced, the more kinky things I wanted to try.

Mine was gradual. I had a lot of inhibitions when I was a young adult. But my hubby brought out the kinky side of me. I was totally shy about my body when I was young and WAY too shy to suggest to any partner that we try something out of the norm. But I loved sex (even if I wouldn't say so) and always wanted to take things to a higher level. It wasn't until after I'd been married for several years (to a man who was even more inhibited than me) that things changed though. I started realizing that if somebody didn't do something to heat things up a bit, we were going wind up stuck in a dull routine for the rest of our lives. So I started experimenting, and the more he went along with things the more kinky I got.

I can understand and agree with that. I lost my virginity at 18 and asked my boyfriend then if we could add a bit of kink to the bedroom. He was horrible at it and I couldn't scratch the itch so to speak. It's gotten better, though

I found my kinky side after I met my wife(5 years ago). Before that I was into some fun stuff...lingerie, public places, mutual masterbation. Early on my wife and I started blindfolding, tying, and spanking. We're still exploring and have no intention of stopping!

I am not sure of the exact age this started, maybe around 8, but I used to masturbate while fantasizing about a man locking children in a castle. tying us up, and making us "do stuff" to each other. I had no clue what I was really thinking about but I know it excited me in some weird way.

It was years later, when I was 19 and at a Christian college that blocked all of the good sites, before I really thought about it heavily. Well, for me it's sort of complicated... I was first "introduced" to bondage etc at about 18, by an ex girlfriend. I was fairly unsure of myself and of it, more out of a self esteem issue than anything else - it always turned me on.

I say it's a bit complex though, because thinking back now to a long time (a few years, easily) before that and I remember using belts and the like to perform what I'd consider now to be solo breast bondage... heh.
