Mr. Bendy vs Silky

Contributor: klyte klyte 12/06/2011

The materials are different but the design is overall the same. Elastomer vs. Cyberskin. I bought Mr. Bendy at Babeland for 60 and Eden has it much cheaper under the name 'Silky,' which is made out of Elastomer instead of Cyber Skin. Which do you prefer out of the two?

Same toy, slight differences, different name.

I prefer Mr. Bendy, though it's more expensive, it's worth it.
I prefer Mr. Silky, the textures aren't that different.
I've never tried Mr. Bendy, but I use Silky.
I don't wear strap ons, or have used neither.

I've experience with neither. Materials wise, neither are particularly safe, so I doubt I would choose either. I usually only get toys with cheaper materials when I want to make a judgement on whether or not the size is ok, prior to spending a larger amount a silicone toy.

Same exact cock, made by Vibratex, just differently priced. Both sites list the material as elastomer. Babeland's description also calls it "softwear skin".

Eden gives this elastomer a safety rating of 7 out of 10. It is porous, but in the spectrum of porosity it is "less porous than cyberskin". The elastomer used for Silky is hypoallergenic and free of phthalates or latex.

It's imporant not to lump all the elastomers together. Some are weird to the touch and leak chemicals. Others, like Silky, are wonderful. They're not the #1 safest material, but then again I haven't yet met a silicone cock that can do what Silky does.
