Ah, Home Depot, I do believe they think I'm crazy now

I worked at JoAnns fabrics for a little while, we were required to ask what they were making/using their items for, to show a "personalized shopping experience" WTFever. One guy bought a bunch of velvety fabric and I did my job and asked...his reply? "My wife wants the dungeon walls to feel softer." Without skipping a beat, to his surprise, I asked him if he needed some foam for the backside of it and proceeded to show him the different thicknesses we offered. He was shocked I wasn't shocked,.lol. less

I just gave up my search for tethers and went to Home Depot for chains and clips. They gave me the weirdest look when I asked them to cut me 4 lengths of chain. It was pretty priceless. Even better since the last time I was in, I bought an O ring...
