I've found that whenever I wear a ball gag (breathable or not) I can't stop drooling. This isn't a problem unless I'm bound and on my belly, in which case I end up face down in a puddle of saliva. Am I alone here?

Anyone have tips on avoiding this? Am I doing something wrong?

Drooling while wearing most types of gags is very common. Many people like the added humiliation and view it as just part of the experience.

I haven't worn a ball gag but I assume that having something in my mouth in that way for a long period of time would make me drool.

Drooling while wearing a gag is very common. There seems to be less drool with a bit gag since it'd be slightly easier to swaller because of the flatter size, but when wearing a gag for a longer period of time, drooling is pretty unavoidable for most people.

Definitely not alone. Seems like a pretty natural thing when your mouth is full of non-porous material and swallowing is inhibited... I agree that it's totally inconvenient, but I haven't found a great technique to avoid it yet.

We both have never worn one, but can only imagine that drool would be unavoidable. My wife says I drool a lot anyways, so I would most likely be pretty bad

I believe that everyone drools when they have something in their mouth. Part of a natural body function. I do notice it happening more with a gag though.

Having a gag in your mouth inhibits your ability to swallow the saliva you naturally produce. I think it's incredibly hot. That loss of control is one of my favorite things about being gagged

drooling is quite common, as many have mentioned above, and often part of the ball gag experience. I personally dislike drooling haha, but i do a little b it when having it in- comes with the tertiory!

I voted 'sometimes' because I generally elect to use my pacifier-style ball gag.

...It probably shouldn't even be called a ball gag since it is a pacifier gag, but there we are.

I drool and slobber when using any kind of oral toy like this. Even just a scarf or towel I drool a lot, face up or down. Probably has something to do with being orally stimulated. At this point we either just gag me with a towel or don't gag me at all.

THats one of the things i like with gags and makes it more interesting when im in a hogtie/spreader bar situation. The drooling just makes me feel completely submissive and makes for brilliant sloppy bj's afterwards which my man loves!

I don't have much experience with ball gags, but the two that I've tried -- one makes me drool like crazy no matter what, whereas the other will only make me drool if I'm facing downward.

I won't be one wearing it, and I haven't quite gotten one yet, it's on it's way. But I cant wait to get the gag and see what ends up happening.

Drooling is a pretty normal reflex and if you had your mouth open in that position without anything in it. The reaction would be the same.
