The tape is actually reusable provided that you cut a length that you intend to reuse. It will get dirty after a while so we typically get through a couple of uses before throwing it away. It can also be a bit of a hassle to re-roll up. So, if you don't want to, I suppose it'll last at least a half a dozen sessions if you only wrap hands and feet. How many times you wrap around for tightness will also eat up part of the roll faster. less

If you reuse it, it has the potential to last forever. I've been blatantly abusing a strip or two so I can write a really accurate review of it after a few more serious tests. x'D
