So, I've been having a heck of a time finding a black leather collar that will fit my neck. I knew it was small, but until I started looking, I didn't realize it was that small. My neck is 11" around, and even on sites that have sizes, the small is usually 13" at the tightest.

Does anyone have any suggestions of collars here on EF or elsewhere that might fit me? And I'm not looking for jewelry, I want a thick collar with a ring in the front and back that can take some abuse.
