have you looked at the sportsheets under the bed restraints kit. It is pretty inexpensive and works pretty good.

I just got the sportsheets one as well, it works great and can be used with other cuffs, we have a pink pair we prefer and they work great with it.

The sportsheet one is good I agree.

Though for quick DIY I have seen people use a rope tied around the at the top and bottoms of the mattress that you can hook things too.
