I'm assuming you're talking about feather ticklers? Or is it something else?

Either way, it seems to just vary by how sensitive a person is. It does seem to cause a legitimate ticklish sensation for some people (I've no personal experience with feathers, but I'm extremely ticklish and would probably react strongly to them).

Yes, the feather ones.

I'm also very ticklish but I can't imagine being tickled by a peacock feather or something like that.

Feather ticklers don't tickle much. I'm incredibly ticklish everywhere and they only tickle my feet, not anywhere else.

I am very ticklish as well. But some spots it will tickle more and some spots not so much.
