Depends on the toy...I'm not sure I'd like lights on my kink toys like cuffs, gags, or impact toys, but for things like vibrators I love lights on them.

I'm not for or against light up toys and it doesn't influence my purchasing decision. Though sometimes I have noticed that power that went to lighting the toy could have been better sent to actually powering the toy itself.

They are cool, but it wouldn't be a make-or-break. Do you mean the whole toy lights up, or just the control panel? My G4 Tiger has a control panel that lights up like an airport runway, and I think it's sexy as hell. I would still have bought it if it didn't have that, though.
