I just wonder how common it is among EF members to go out wearing something under yer clothes, like being tied up, or nipple clamps, what do you like to do the most?

no cant say i have but ive gone comando under my dress or skirt several times out for easy access.

Pretty sure the only thing I've done like that is gone out wearing a basic rope harness once or wearing my collar around in public. (though one time I walked our dog wearing pretty much full kitten play gear: paws, tail, jingle bell collar, and ears...people stared but it was funny as hell x'3 )
