For the stuff that needs it, every month or two. Most is fine and doesn't need it.

I don't have any leather gear of an adult nature, but I have leather furniture, leather boots, and other leather goods, and the frequency of conditioning depends on the weather, the thickness of the leather, and which conditioner I used last -- which usually depends on the leather's color and thickness.

It depends on the item in question, generally at least once a year though.

I think about once a year? I don't know. Not as much as I should.

Never, I should, but I figure by the time I really need to, I could just buy a new whatever with the same price I spent on the conditioning stuff
