Any ideas on how to introduce a guy (my bf) to BDSM?! I wanted to purchase some satin cuffs and blindfolds etc...Just not sure how he would feel about it yet.

I also highly recommend Fetlife.com There are a lot of intelligent people on there with some great advice. Whether they are giving you tips on getting your boyfriend into it or if you send you boyfriend there to do some reading on the subject, I think it is a great resource.

I don't know if this would work for you, but you might want to start off with sex that is just a little rougher than usual.
Do you want to domme or would you like him to? Depending on that, incorporate biting and digging in nails, for the pain bit. A lot of people are pretty open to that to begin with. You gotta ease him into it.
I'd also suggest light bondage play and a blindfold. I remember when I started realizing my kinky persuasion. I told the guy that I was dating at the time that I wanted to tie him up to my bedposts with my belts and blindfold him and then have my way with him. He ended up bringing his own military handcuffs (he was in the ROTC). Heh, good times.

Definitely start out with light BDSM items and just talk about what you both might like to try and experiment with. Don't get into anything heavy or overly painful in the beginning.
