Glass and metal toys can be used for internal temperature play. You can soak them in warm or wool water and play away.

ice cubes on the body. Ice cubes in your mouth while you kiss them or give them oral.

You could use heating pads. Or anything warm. Warm oil.

Technically not temperature, but feels like it. Menthol, or Methyl Salicylate, or other products like that.
