Y style clamp, which would you get? Any other recommendations?

I think it depends on which style of clamp you are more comfortable with. I know personally the adjustable ones are good on my nipples, but you would have to find out which you like better

I say go for the tweezer one if you have never tried screws.

W/we got the screw version, and it is a true pain to adjust them good, not to mention that it can be painful. Actually I always just leave it to my Baby to put it on herself, as she feels better how it's good enough.

Later W/we obtained the silver bell nipple and clit clamps, and it is a breeze to put them on. They still hold as tight as you want them to be, so W/we just decided to get the tweezer version Y-style clamps. It has arrived, W/we will have to check it out soon.

So it's really up to you, but I think you can't go wrong with the tweezer style...
