I saw the ad for the birthday club a few weeks back and sent Jen a message with my birthday. However I got no response. Then a few days ago I sent a follow up to see if she got the first message, still no response. My birthday is coming up soon, July 4th, and I just want to be sure Im on the list. Did she respond when you messaged her, or didnt she, and it was still fine? Please let me know. =)

But I imagine she gets swamped with messages everyday.
Keep the message you sent and if your birthday rolls around and you did not recive your gift card, you could send a support ticket with a screen shot of your message.

I didn't get a response, neither did my fiance but we both got our cards. Don't worry, she records your birthday and screen name.

Alrighty, thank you both. I kinda figured she is too busy to respond to all the messages she gets, but just wanted to be sure. I feel a lot better now. =)

I'm with everyone else, no response when I emailed her but my birthday is not until July so I won't know if she got it until then

I don't think I ever got a PM back from her, but I did get my card in March, she does a great job of keeping track of it all.

I got a response, but I messaged her when I knew she was online and logged on here, and we had already been talking about something else in the forums. Plus that was about eight months ago by now, I'd say.

Hello! Should you have a question about the birthday club and the gift cards, please send me a message or an email (stormy@edenfantasys.c om) and I'll be able to help you. Jenn is quite busy and while she would love to respond to you all individually, she just simply doesn't have the time.
Generally the birthday club works like this:
- Send Darling Jenn a message onsite before the 1st of the month for the month your birthday falls.
- Look for the thread to go up between the first and the fifth of the month.
- If you don't see your name, please get with me and I will do the research to find out when your message was submitted. If you miss the deadline, you will be included in next year's monthly thread.
- Gift cards are requested on Mondays only.
- Please make sure the email address listed for Eden notifications is an address you check often, as this is where the gift card will be sent. Sometimes emails are delivered to the spam folder, to make sure this doesn't happen add @edenfantasys.com to your contact list.
