I found this Applewood Smokehouse seasoning at the store that is PERFECT when you want/need to bake something that you want BBQ flavored. It's technically a grill seasoning, but it works GREAT in the oven too.

Paired with Sweet Baby Ray's... whooooo!

I am glad tonight was kind of light, since this is our first CEC of 2011 (and first in what... a month almost?)

It is great to see all of the ideas we talked about in our earlier meeting starting to come to life one by one. It would be great to start planning a few workshops for February and March! So email me if you have ideas!

We should have a cooking club too! We could come on once a week and recipe swap, then have an "Ingredient of the Week" and everyone goes and tries something different with it!
