More workshops!

Workshops that have been brought up but not done:
-Book binding. Vaccinium mentioned at one meeting that he had done it himself and was pleased with the results.

-An art workshop where people could discuss different painting techniques, sculpting, how to start with sculpting, etc.

-How to give blowjobs without choking.

-The art of therapeutic/erotic massage.

-Having an adult star come in to talk about tricks of the trade, etc.

-Having a lingerie designer come in and talk about the best designs for which bodies, how to fit yourself, etc.

-The prostate; what it does and how to stimulate it.

-Shaving/grooming workshop. This could be a small series featuring eyebrow plucking/tweezing/waxi ng, shaving designs into patches of hair, complicated hair styles made easy, or even beauty tips in general.

-Wine selection and consumption.

-Shake yo thang with Dwtim. Initially brought up as a joke, however I'm sure there would be no opposition for this becoming an actual workshop where Dwtim teaches us how to shake our thangs.

It might be. I think also that a lot of people are nervous about doing workshops because it seems like a lot of work.

I wanted to do lots of workshops in the Arts and Crafts Club. I have mastered several different techniques of art and things.

An update on contests/games:

Contests/games suggested:

Contests/games that have been done:
-The Halloween contest was discussed at the very first meeting. This is something that could easily be done each year.

-Design contests. The initial idea was brought up by Viktor who had an example of challenging the community to come up with an Eden sports jersey, not necessarily for sale but for fun. So far we've done the T-shirt designs that the community has designed.

-Live community games involving quizzes, photo hunts, etc. The closest we've come to these is during the parties and some club meetings, where trivia is given and then asked about later on.

Contests/games that never went anywhere:
-Sex toy trivia contests. The closest we've got to this right now is the Name that Toy contest in the Weekly Roundup.

-A 20 questions game was brought up. Similar to the guess the number contests, there wasn't a great time to try them.

-A monthly question where we ask something safety related and you answer. Prizes were a possibility but it was mostly going to be for fun. Kayla has her weekly Sex Facts now that while not the same idea, do promote safety information.

-Guess the number contests. Idea was brought up but not taken any further because there didn't seem to be a “best” time to do it.

-Carving genitalia out of canned ham, or creating them with any other medium.

-Some kind of bingo. People could be given a number with each order or even if you participate in one of the clubs or meetings. We could make up a bingo card and the first one to get a bingo would win a prize or GC.

I didn't think my bag workshop was brought up at one of these meetings. That was more of Gary telling me to come up with an idea for a workshop as an example, then told me when I was on the schedule for lol

Oh that, ha! Y'all just want a good laugh at my expence.

I could do the Prostate one, it would have to be just pictures and techniques. But it would not be to hard.
