I think I need to set out a daily routine and stick to it. Exercise has to be top priority.

Also, when I was 16, I weighed about 90 lbs. *sigh* I did look pretty hot. I have pics of before I had kids. I can't believe I was that small. I'm not HUGE by any means, but 3 kids takes a lot out of you and ADDS a lot to you, too.

I may not lose my boobs, but I do lose my wonderful ass if I lose too much of do the wrong workouts. That is no fun! It's another reason I don't want to lose the curves.

I have always been an insomniac, when I was 10 I slept 2 to 4 hours a night on average. Now, because of my kids, I am far more exhausted and actually get 4 to 6.

I use to walk - think it was just over 4 miles 5 - 6 days per week before the rainy season hit.
Then I got my Wii and I do a fast paced aerobics workout for 30mins.

But I also love the tennis and table tennis on the Wii. We use to have a large table tennis table. Mum and I use to have that taking up most of the lounge and would play that regularly but no longer have the table.
We need a games room.

My ass never leaves. Being Mediterranean gives you Back. If I'm not careful, I'll look like an old Italian woman shaped like a barrel. When you are barely 5 feet tall and have NO room between boobs and waist that's what you end up with, if you don't watch your weight.

My ex's sister must still weigh like 89 lbs. She has pumped out 4 and almost never works out.

Wow - I couldn't function.
Even on medication, my thyroid makes sure I get enough sleep.

I wanted to kickbox when I was 12 and my mom wouldn't let me. She was under the impression that I was already too violent. Pish, EXACTLY! I could have used an outlet!
