I have that problem, and I actually fractured it as a child. Not a good time. Crunches are easy though, you just have to make sure that your shoulders are leaving the floor.

Our kids loved out bed. They're older now and if they start lolling in my bed (not with me in it anymore) I'll just say something like, "That your father and my Lovenest, get the hell out." And they yell, "EW!" and run. They're old enough that I can mess with them that way.

I don't know exactly. I think more than one person handle it. But, usually Gary or JR are involved, I think. And Carrie Ann does the video Push review assignments, but it has to be something that no one has done a video of, no lingerie, books, videos etc.

Agreed and your chin it pointed up and not in your chest. They are too easy for me now. I do crazy stuff to make them harder. Like...adding weights to my chest or keeping my legs off the floor-straight out. Reverse crunches are my fave because they are the hardest. I do this crazy move where I put my hands next to my sides, straighten me legs, lift them off the floor at like 45 degree angles and then lower and raise them without touching the floor, while rocking side to side from hip to hip. Burns like a mother but it gives those awesome Britney Spears cuts that she had in her prime.

Each time I ask for a toy this month, I'm rejected. I think we should be sent a message saying why.
One of the toys only has 1 review and yet my request my rejected.

My manufacturer sponsored toy was rejected before that one.

Lol. You can bet that I will. I am actually going to go out and grab a new ball and some free weights. It is on my list. Maybe a yoga mat too because I love doing the pilates floor routines.

I've run into runs like that. I don't know why it happens. Sometimes things are out of stock etc.
