I do most of my baking for the holidays, though I will bake birthday cakes and random breads/cookies during the rest of the year. I tend to do a wide variety of baking, though I've never worked with pastry.

It just seems so normal to start baking a lot when autumn comes, even though it's still hot where I live; the desire got crazy when I lived up North for a few years.

I like to bake more in the fall as well, it just seems like comfort food and winter go together. I like baking breads, cakes, muffins, cookies, you name it!

I do lots of baking. At least 3 loaves of bread on a weekly basis, and usually pizza/breadsticks/garl ic knots as well. On occasion, I make pie, cake, or cookies. As we enter fall and get towards the holidays, I will also be making more coffee cakes, pumpkin pies, and cinnamon rolls. Last year I even made stollen.

I bake a lot in the winter, usually starting with Thanksgiving. Cookies, cakes, candies.....

I LOVE to bake, well, cook in general. I actually just made so cookies last night.

My baking tends to fail horribly.

I don't bake but I always find the topic funny because I'm know in my family for my brownies...the one's I make just by following the directions on the box apparently the rest of my my family can't figure out the "secret" yet.

I'm technically a home baker since I don't have a job baking anywhere, but I'm actually also professionally trained in fine pastry arts. I guess that means my family is spoiled! XD

I bake and make cakes for people for a living. We started doing this in April of this year and I have had so much fun doing it. I also teach a class on how to decorate a cake by Wilton (they make baking product and decorating product). I am working on my grandson's first birthday cake for today. It is a two layer cake the the top layer cut in half making look kind of like a stage. They are cool looking, it is going to have Toy Story on it.
I also love to make hot rolls and cinn. rolls that my mom learned to make from grandma and has passed it down to us. They come out so big and fluffy and mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...... ...... Now I want to go make some LOL.

I love to bake too. Lots of cookies and pies around the holidays. Cakes most of the rest of the year with some occasional cookies thrown in.
