I've been a vegan for just over a year now and I'm never going back. Once you get in the swing of things it's actually incredibly easy. Now I couldn't even imagine putting a dead animal in my mouth ever again!

I try and eat a balanced diet, I do eat meat, but try and really load up with fruits, veggies and grains as well.

I used to be vegan but my medication made it near impossible to absorb proper nutrients so I've started eating small amounts of fish on the rare occasion.

I was vegan for a year a while back. It really got me into trying new types of veggies, which I consider to be a good thing. I'm back to eating meat now though.
