So in my college we had a med deli and they made this wicked awesome couscous thing. Anybody have any ideas what it could be? I know it had the golden raisans and maybe spring onion?

Anything like couscous with golden raisins, pine nuts, and green onion?

I've had a cinnamony dessert couscous with cinnamon and golden raisins, but definitely no green onions. I think it was Moroccan.

In various Near Eastern cultures and northern Africa they eat couscous as what we would consider a kind of pasta substitute. You can mix pretty much anything you want into it Raisins, scallions, and parsley are really common inclusions.

The first bit sounds like it might be it, I wonder what I could use instead of pine nuts.
