Does anyone use a smoker at home? I have a nice natural gas smoker for now. Would love to build a smoke house when I get more property. I smoke turkeys, pork butts, chickens, prawns, eggs, and sausage.

I'm not an advanced cook (more accurately, I'm a fish out of water in a kitchen), so definitely no smoking here. Is it a time-intensive process?

I love good smoked meats. Unfortunately, most apartment complexes aren't friendly to interior smoke houses.
