I love sushi! I haven't tried anything super exotic (probably the most being unagi - eel), but I'd like to try octopus and sea urchin at least once. I'd love to learn how to make it.

Never tried it and this Chinese restaurant where I go has a buffet and they always have it out I look at it and turn my nose up at it.
