HAHA!! That was tricky. And I was too antsy to type it all out, but sometimes, I leave the peels from about 1/3 of the taters in it. especially if I've baked them. But I think ALL the peels are just too much.

...though now I want mashed potatoes. I was happily noshing on a Guinness and merlot stew, but all the talk about mashed potatoes has persuaded me that the stew would be better served with the potatoes taken out, mashed, and covered in stew. But now it is too late!

In honesty, I cook the same way generally. Except when it's something that spatters, or involves caramel. But that's less funny.
